The outdoor area of Villa Monet
is a true oasis for resting and relaxing, far away from the stresses of everyday life. The villa is located right next to the sea, surrounded by fragrant pine trees.  It has several terraces and magical nooks perfect for an ideal vacation. On the first terrace, which is situated close to the sea and is beautifully landscaped with greenery and the famous Brac stone, you will find several loungers and unique garden swings. This place is perfect for relaxing with a novel in your hands while listening to the serene sounds of the waves.From the first terrace, a few stone stairs lead to the main terrace.The main terrace has an infinity pool (6 m x 5 m) and a fantastic open space with a large designer dining table and an outdoor living area with designer seating.The main terrace faces the sea and is surrounded by pine trees. With the touch of the gentle mistral, this place will relax all your senses. There is also an outdoor stone grill for preparing many delicious Dalmatian dishes. The beautiful arches of the covered terrace create a romantic ambiance where you will experience sheer pleasure.

From the main terrace, there is an entrance to the ground floor of the villa. Here, you will find a spacious, luxuriously decorated modern living room, two fully equipped kitchens and a toilet. From the living area, there is an entrance to the spa area with a gym, infrared sauna and a bathroom. You will also be able to explore all the secrets of Dalmatian wines in the private wine cellar. On the same floor, there is a laundry room.

First level
Spacious and luxuriously decorated bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom (Room 1, Room 2, and Room 3). All rooms are south-oriented and have a magnificent sea view. Room 1 has a dressing room with an additional sofa bed. Room 1 and Room 2 each have an exit onto the south terrace. Together, Room 2 and Room 3 have an exit onto another south terrace with a jacuzzi, which is perfect for complete relaxation. On the same floor, there is a special entertainment room with two TVs, football table and a sofa for enjoying a good movie or electronic games.

Second floor
Spacious lobby with a lounge chair and two extremely comfortable bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom (Room 4 and Room 5). Both bedrooms have an exit onto a terrace with a sea view and sitting furniture. The terrace is the perfect place to start a new day while enjoying a cup of morning coffee. On this floor, there is an exit that leads to the private parking, which is situated at the rear of the villa.
