The ground floor of Villa Rose is a spacious, comfortable, bright and modernly designed area, which is primarily intended for resting and enjoyment. This part of the villa is made of a luxuriously furnished living room, equipped with sitting furniture and LCD satellite TV. The living room is connected to the beautiful terrace with large glass panels, which completely faces the sea.

The special place of the front terrace belongs to the heated swimming pool (17 m²), hidden from curious sights and surrounded by seating furniture, sun umbrellas and deck chairs ideal for sunbathing. On this terrace, you will find peace and quiet, which will enable you all the pleasures of enjoying a morning cup of coffee, while listening to the romantic melody of the sea. The warm evenings will reveal an exceptional beauty of romantic sunsets, which only nature is capable creating. The long pebble beach by the crystal clear sea is just a few steps away from the terrace.

On the ground floor of Villa Rose there is also a modernly furnished bedroom with a large double bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub as well as a balcony with a magnificent sea view. This floor also has an additional bathroom with a shower. The ground floor, as well as all the bathrooms of this villa, is equipped with in-floor heating.

A special place on this floor is the enclosed outdoor dining area on the terrace, which includes a large dining table and chairs for ten people. Here, you can enjoy tasting various Dalmatian specialties prepared on the outdoor stone grill.
